Founder and CEO
PJ has over 17 years of experience
in the Networking Industry. Before founding BA Systems he was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence
at Bessemer Venture Partners. He joined Bessemer after a distinguished career
in high-tech start-ups. He founded Allegro Networks, and served as CEO, CTO and
VP of Engineering.Previously he was
General Manager
at Alcatel's development facility in Spokane Washington, a position he assumed
when Alcatel acquired Packet Engines, where he was a founder, principal architect,
and VP of Engineering. PJ's prior experience came from Bay Networks and David
Systems, where he was a software architect prior to its acquisition by Chipcom
and then by 3Com. PJ was a doctoral candidate
in Mathematics at the Southern Illinois University, and co-authored the IEEE's
802.1P/q standard for VLANs and quality of service over Ethernet.

Krishnan
Sunderam
Founder and VP Engineering Krishnan
has worked in a list of networking companies designing routers and switches.
He graduated with an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications
and has a Masters in Computer Science. He was a key lead member of the engineering
effort at Allegro Networks. Krishnan started out at
Retix and was part of the team implementing Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols. He
was an integral member of the design team for a very successful IMA implementation.
At Quarry Technologies he was responsible for the initial Layer 3 protocol support.
His experience includes implementation of the initial designs of MPLS Traffic
Engineering over OSPF. At NextHop he worked on the Layer 3 VPN implementation.
He has extensive knowledge and experience working on routers and switches.

B Jagadish
VP Sales and Marketing Jaga has over 17 years of experience
in the field of Networking and Data Communications. He was part of the
Core Management Group of Dax Networks, India's largest networking brand and
vendor of Routing, Switching, Cabling, VoIP products. As part of the Core
Management Group at Dax, he was responsible in providing Technology Marketing
Strategy and distribution for India. In this role he managed multiple product
lines in Routing, Switching and Cabling spanning across the various industrial
verticals. He has held various leadership positions in Product Management,
Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management and was responsible in bringing into India
a significant market share for Compex, Specialix, Perle, Eicon, and Nordx/CDT
before launching "Dax" in India. He initiated the launch of routers under Dax
brand and spearheaded Dax to be one of top 3 router vendors only next to Cisco
and Juniper in just 3 years. Jaga holds a First class
Bachelors Degree in Science from Bangalore University and Certification on
International Sales and Negotiation Skills from IIM- Bangalore India.
